Step-by-step
- 1Open your event and click the Invitees tab.
- 2Each guest row shows Sent (when you emailed or texted them), Opened (when their personal link was first viewed) and their RSVP status.
- 3The counter at the top shows Opened x/y so you can see progress at a glance.
- 4Filter to Pending to see everyone who hasn't replied, then send an email or SMS reminder in one click.
Helpful tips
- Tracking is per guest, so it needs an invitee list and personal links — the general public link can't be attributed to one person.
- Short SMS links (/r/…) are tracked exactly the same as full personal links.
- A guest who reads the details in the text and replies in person will show as 'sent, not opened' — that's normal.
- If a guest forwards their personal link, the open and RSVP are credited to them.
