Refund Policy

Trial periods

Every Availi account starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time during the trial without payment.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; you won't be charged again after that.

Refund eligibility

  • Annual plans — eligible for a pro-rata refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the account has not been used to send invitations to more than 25 guests.
  • Monthly plans — non-refundable, but cancellation stops future billing immediately.
  • Duplicate charges — always refunded in full.

How to request a refund

Submit a request through the support form in your account or email support@availi.com.au with your account email and reason. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5 business days.

Billing disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at support@availi.com.au — most disputes are resolved within 24 hours. Please give us a chance to fix the issue before raising a chargeback with your bank.
