Agreement

By creating an Availi account or using our services you agree to these Terms of Service.

User responsibilities

You're responsible for the content you upload, the events you create and the messages you send. Don't use Availi for spam, illegal activity or to harass others. Keep your password confidential.

Subscription terms

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing content.
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• No reselling of Availi without written permission.

Service availability

We work hard to keep Availi available 24/7 but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and will communicate planned downtime where possible.

Intellectual property

Availi, the wordmark and the platform are owned by us. The content you create remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and display it as needed to provide the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can close your account at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Availi is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
