Making a Grand Final party invitation

The simple way to invite everyone and organise the shared food.

Step-by-step

  1. 1Sign in, choose Create invitation, then choose Grand Final Party.
  2. 2Add the party name, date, start time and address.
  3. 3Choose Grand Final Footy, then check the invitation wording and details.
  4. 4Open What to bring. Add things such as salad, bread rolls, chips or dessert, and say how many are needed.
  5. 5Choose Publish, then copy the invitation link.
  6. 6Paste the link into your family group chat, Messages, WhatsApp or email.
  7. 7Guests use that same link to RSVP and choose what they will bring. Availi shows what is already taken so there are no double-ups.

Helpful tips

  • Guests do not need an Availi account.
  • You can change the invitation or food list later without sending a new link.
