Personalised invitee links

Greet guests by name and see who has opened their invitation.

Step-by-step

  1. 1Open the Invitees tab and add each guest with a name and email or mobile.
  2. 2Copy the personal link shown next to that guest's name (or email it from Availi).
  3. 3Share that link directly with that one person — each link is unique to them.
  4. 4When they open it, the invitation greets them by first name and pre-fills their RSVP.
  5. 5The Invitees list shows an Opened badge once their link has been viewed, and an Opened x/y counter at the top.
  6. 6Responses in the Responses tab are linked back to the invitee automatically.

Helpful tips

  • Personal greetings need an invitee list — the general public link greets everyone the same way.
  • Opened but no reply? Filter to Pending and send a reminder.
