Helpful tips
- Couldn't deliver means an invitation email bounced; Text couldn't deliver means the mobile network rejected or could not deliver the SMS.
- The badge stays beside the affected guest so it is easy to spot later.
- Check the email address or mobile number, then resend or share that guest's personal link another way.
- Failed SMS messages are refunded automatically to your SMS credit balance.
