Additional guests and families

Set how many people each invitation can include.

Step-by-step

  1. 1Open Guest list & invites in the Event Dashboard, or Guests & links in the editor.
  2. 2Set the event-wide default number of additional guests (e.g. 0, 1 or more).
  3. 3Override the limit for an individual invitation when inviting a couple or family.
  4. 4Guests can name everyone covered by their invitation when they RSVP.
  5. 5The Coming view lists every person separately, while noting who they are coming with.

Helpful tips

  • Per-invitee overrides take priority over the event default.
