Step-by-step
- 1Open the SMS tab in an event (or Account → SMS) and pick a credit bundle.
- 2Credits land in your balance as soon as the payment goes through.
- 3One credit is charged per recipient, per message — every Availi text is capped at 160 characters, so one credit is always exactly one SMS.
- 4If a message fails or can't be delivered, the credit is refunded to your balance automatically.
Helpful tips
- Credits are attached to your account, not a single event, and don't expire.
- SMS credits are separate from your plan or one-off event payment.
